ma che bella domanda!!?? Le piccole cose
che allietano una giornata, sono piccole solo in senso relativo, mentre sono grandi in senso assoluto. Io ho la fortuna di stupirmi per il sorgere del sole o per la neve che cade, per il profumo del caffè (all'italiana) appena fatto, per l'erica fiorita sotto una coltre di neve, per il passerotto che viene a vedere se c'è la sua razione quotidiana di briciole. Il sorriso di mia figlia quando torna da scuola e il caffè che porto a mia moglie ancora addormentata,sono cose che mi procurano felicità, sempre in egual misura, da tanti anni. Una preghiera, qualche verso di Dante, una sinfonia di Beethoven, aspettare che venga sera per poterti scrivere, il ricordo di mia mamma...Più ci penso, più vengono fuori tantissime cose che allietano la mia giornata. Ma prima di tutto questo c'è la consapevolezza di essere amato da Lui, con un amore immenso che io non sarò mai in grado di poter ricambiare. Questa mia "debolezza" si completa veramente col Suo amore così grande e così gratuito. A partire da questo, tutto quel che mi circonda mi parla di Lui; e anche le brutture che noi uomini sappiamo fare hanno un loro perchè nella nostra libertà di scegliere ciò che vogliamo fare. Se sappiamo cogliere tutti questi aspetti, allora possiamo veramete dire, come il vecchio film di Frank Capra: "La vita è una cosa meravigliosa".

Ogni tanto ci vuole qualcuno che faccia queste domande "provocatorie" per capire
che cosa stiamo vivendo. Che poi a fare una domanda del genere sia stata una persona come te, aumenta ancor di più la

It make me happy to can live ate home my oun apartment even in Hubert (wheelchair) and with people who are good with me my family and that make me happy !
Even with all problems what MS bring to me I can live (almost) I was OK

amo le piccole cose della vita...sono quelle a rendere le mie giornate allegre!!!
In una giornata sono tante le piccole cose della vita che la rendono gioiosa:
Svegliarmi al mattino e vedere il sole,
arrivare a scuola e vedere il sorriso dei bambini,
scoprire insieme che oggi sono cresciute le piantine dei semi piantati giorni fa,
ridere se un bambino inciampa ah ah,
entrare a casa accolta dalla Fiona che mi fa mille feste,
parlare con le persone che amo,
ascoltare le persone che amo,
cucinare per gli altri,
andare in giardino a raccogliere i fiori,
un "ti voglio bene" dei miei nipoti,
e tante , tante altre che riempiono le mie giornate....e penso che tutte queste piccole cose che ogni giorno vivo e mi passano davanti costruiscono l vita che vivo ...ringraziando Dio per avermi reglato un giorno in più!!!

per me le "piccole cose" - ma sono davvero piccole? - sono un sorriso, uno sguardo affettuoso, lo scodinzolio di un case, le fusa di un gatto, i fiori, gli alberi, un paesaggio, una musica, un libro, un quadro o una scultura che a me piace.... mi sembra che il mondo sia ricco anche di cose belle...

It makes me happy when I see joy in the face of people I care about and it makes me even more happy when I can share in that joy. It feels good to believe I did a good job. I love to prepare food and see it cooking in the pan and to have the aromas. I love to laugh and make jokes a lot. I love when I get good news from my lovely hard working daughter. I smile when I hear my beautiful wife singing in another room. I feel good when I laugh - I always think it is better to laugh - as long as no one is offended. I laugh every day. I laugh even when I'm in bed and think of something funny. I love to watch birds doing whatever they do. They add so much - I would miss them if they went away. I love to watch how things grow - to see the magical progress from day to day - to watch the exquisite unfolding of a flower - the infinitely detailed structure of the leaves and formation of the petals that make me know God. I love to know things about the meaning of life. What is this crazy thing called Life? is the question I have been asking for a long time. I love to know about the creation of the universe and would love to know what there was before the Big Bang. I love to watch animals and to appreciate their consciousness of being in the present moment - always now. I learned that all we really have is NOW - the present moment. The moment that we have right now is the most important moment we will ever have just because it is here - right now. It is always now. It is OK to plan and it is OK to reflect on pleasant moments from the past but not to dwell and linger on past moments - especially if they are unpleasant. I learned that there is such a thing as "Awakened Doing" - I believe you are already doing this - maybe without knowing. Awakened doing is doing anything - even the simplest things - like washing a glass or brushing teeth - with a full focus and attention to the moment. If washing a glass it is listening to the water - feeling the water - being happy for the water and for having the hands that work OK to do it and for having the glass and the sink and the window to look out. I like to see acts of kindness between families and between strangers. I love to share joy because only in sharing can joy find its right place in the heart.

did you see how you were able to turn into a poet in the matter of minutes just by opening up and by expressing all the "little" things that make you happy? I love this! I really love this subject! and I love to see how many of you are taking the time to stop their lives, think for a moment and come up with some many beautiful things to say!

le giornate sono piene di tante piccole cose che talvolta pure non ce ne rendiamo conto. Vedere gli altri gioire per delle "piccolezze" che tu puoi dare loro, una parola, un sorriso, un pensiero affettuoso in un momento qualsiasi della giornata, senza un motivo, senza un perchè...solo per il desiderio di donare qualcosa al tuo prossimo.
Il sorriso dei miei figli e la loro serenità è una piccola cosa agli occhi di qualcuno, ma per me è la prova più grande dell'amore...
Lo sguardo pieno di speranza, di fiducia, che ho visto ieri alla tv da parte di un popolo incredibile come il vostro in occasione dell'insediamento del nuovo presidente, potrà risultare una piccola cosa ma tutti quegli occhi assetati di un cambiamento, mi hanno emozionato tanto e mi hanno commosso fino alle lacrime.
Ma tantissime sono le piccole cose che ci possono rallegrare la vita: un fiore, un cucciolo, una creatura che viene alla luce.... il mare, le nuvole, il vento, il sole, il cielo stellato,la luna.... miracoli che diamo per scontati ma che sono un autentico e vero prodotto dell'amore di Qualcuno.
Ah, dimenticavo ...la neve....!!! E pure il fatto che puoi leggere questo messaggio è straordinario!

Anch'io vorrei che ci fossero più persone come noi... ma purtroppo non è così! Certo amo la mia terra,ma allo stesso tempo sono anche tanto arrabbiata con chi l'ha messa in ginocchio! Uomini senza coscienza,che non perdonerò mai! Il video è bello perchè è la costiera che è bella!
E' solo una minima parte di ciò che volevo realizzare!
In realtà volevo fotografare i pescatori con le loro reti...
Ma non c'erano,perchè i pesci quando c'è il vento non ci sono!! (lo sapevi questo?)Ne ho incontrato uno fuori al ristorante dove ho pranzato ad Amalfi,dove c'è la foto con la barca capovolta in riva al mare...
E subito gli sono andata vicino per parlargli,e ti pareva che me lo facevo scappare?
Aveva i capelli tutti bianchi come la neve,era di spalle e si è girato solo quando ho parlato...
E quando si è girato sono rimasta incantata dai suoi occhi.
Erano di un azzurro bellissimo,e chi se lo aspettava? CHE OCCHI!!!
E lui ha detto:"Oggi i pesci non ci sono c'è troppo vento!"
E io gli ho fatto poche domande,perchè si capiva che voleva stare solo...
Sono sicura che aveva appuntamento con qualche sirena!!
Eh si! I pescatori sono tutti innamorati delle sirene ne sono sicura!

Buongiorno Angela Carissima,Bella idea la Tua, le piccole cose che rendono Felice la giornata,certo piccole grandi cose che ci accompagnano durante la giornata e la rendono Serena e piacevole,per me forse è ancora più facile provare Felicità nei piccoli gesti e cose che succedono di continuo
durante una giornata,io sono assolutamente un inguaribile romantico e
mi soffermo e mi meraviglio guardando il sole che nasce all'orizzonte come per magia e colora tutto di rosso fuoco,
di un uccellino che un po' timoroso viene sul mio balcone a prendere le briciole che sono sfuggite alla scopa,del Buongiorno di un ragazzino che chiassoso si appresta ad andare a scuola,di un bacio non atteso di mia moglie,di un fiore che sboccia e fa copolino in mezzo alle foglie,di una canzone che mi commuove,mi rendono Felice tantissime altre cose,l'Amore e l'Affetto dei miei Cari, una parola gentile,il pranzo tutti insieme,il sorriso di mia suocera,ma soprattutto il sapere che sono ancora capace di essere Felice delle piccole cose di ogni giorno e di riuscire a stupirmi per
questi piccoli gesti meravigliosamente Grandi.

Ciao Cara Regina,grazie delle tue belle parole,si io sono una di quelle persone che rimane meravigliato dalla natura in tutte le sue espressioni,anche in quelle che apparentemente sembrano le più piccole e gioisco nel vedere quanto sia bello questo nostro meraviglioso mondo.

Ecco cosa accade quando c'e`di mezzo l'amore, l'affetto, il positivismo, la speranza e l'altruismo!

What makes me happy? Where do I start?
It makes me happy when I come home from work and each day and there is a new aroma, from one of Angela's new, freshly made meals, meeting me as I open the door.
It makes me happy to see Angela smile when she has received good news from a friend or heard about a new advance in MS research.
It makes me happy to know about all of the truly amzing people she has met through her website and youtube videos and to see the support that you share with each other.
For those that know me, you know it makes me happy to be alone in the middle of a lake with the sun just coming up, waiting for that first fish of the day.
It makes me happy when Angela and I are able to get away from everything and put the distractions of everyday life behind us (something Angela does much better than I am able to) so we can enjoy the little things in life. It is even more enjoyable when that can happen in Italy.
Most importantly, it makes me happy to know that in Angela I have not only my best friend, but a partner that I can spend the rest of my life with. We've been through many ups and downs together and it makes me happy to know that I will always have Angela by my side to face whatever life throws our way.
Angela - thank you for the opportunity to share these feelings.

yes, we have add many struggles along our journey and yes, we have been through a lot but, for some reason, I don't think of all those times, but I only see the great and special moments that we have been able to spend together and that are unforgettable.
You know how much I love taking care of you and how much I care about giving you the best I can give you.

As you know very well, everything I do, I do it with pride, no matter how small and simple something might be...so cooking for you and taking care of our house is something that brings me lots of joy and satisfaction.

Il fatto e`che sembra descrivere cio`che provo per te e per tutti gli amici speciali che ho nella mia vita. Sentivo che questa canzone rappresentava bene la mia situazione e mi sono subito detta che sarebbe stata perfetta per farvi onore e per farvi comprendere quanto vi apprezzo e quanto vi voglio bene.

Hello Angela,
We are two very special people to both be named Angela and have MS. I too have accepted my MS. I went through that why me stage for a little while, then I decided why not me? I began to think of it in a more positive way, like God knows best. I believe things happen for a reason and now that MS had intruded in on my life, I had to take it head on. I decided I was not going to let MS ruin my life. I have MS, MS does not have me. My deficit is some weakness in my left leg and I limp sometimes. I worked in a nursing home where they had several people who were bed riddened due to MS and I was/am determined that will not be me. I decided that I am just going to be a beautiful woman with a limp. I decided I am going to live my life to the fullest. There are so many others things in this world that we can die from and MS isn't one of them. Why sit around being made at MS? Life is too short! I am thankful and grateful for the life I have. Yes, I would enjoy it more MS free, but without MS, then I wouldn't be me. To all people living with MS, stay prayful.

You are ABSOLUTELY right. MS is a part of us and part of our lives now but it doesn't have us! and it won't have us because we will do our very best to keep on going, live our lives to the fullest and enjoy each and every moment that will come our way.

Il più delle volte, dò tutto per scontato e non mi rendo conto delle piccole grandi cose che mi circondano e che sono di una bellezza infinita. Poi, quando arrivano i "momenti bui", allora apro gli occhi e vedo quanto è azzurro il cielo, piacevole il soffio del vento, smaglianti i colori dei fiori e tanto altro ancora... Eh si, devo proprio cercare di essere migliore guardandomi più spesso attorno e ringraziare l'Artefice di tanta bellezza!!!

Questo tuo gesto significa molto per me e, come faccio con tutto il resto, lo metto insieme a tutte quelle piccole cose che rendono liete le mie giornate e che mi rendono felice!
Forse mi sbaglio, ma ho notato che tu, mediante i video che crei e che metti su YouTube, mostri le piccole cose che noti e che ti rendono contenta giorno dopo giorno...ci hai mai pensato in questo modo?
Quando guardi le tue galline, i conigli, i tuoi cani, gli animali e le cose belle che hai intorno a te e che ami cosi`tanto...

Quello che mi rende davvero felice è "sintonizzarmi" con la felicità degli altri. Nella mia intimità, inoltre, è l'adorazione di Dio. Quello che invece più mi fa piacere fare ma anche più mi fa male in questo mondo, è pensare all'Amore di cui tutti necessitiamo e che proprio non sappiamo donarci... diventa come una nenia triste, una specie di preghiera in cui nessuna umanità terrena trascende ma si inginocchia ai piedi dell'altare stordita di se stessa... Mi piace cogliere i fiori per Gesù dal mio balconcino, ma quest'anno in quaresima non ho potuto darGli i giacinti viola come ogni anno perchè ero in ospedale. Mi piace sentire il mio corpo pulito e il letto dove sto sempre, fresco.Mi piace sentire dei buoni odori, e l'ordine. Mi piace il mio computer che mi consente di incontrare TE! e sapere le cose che desidero sapere. Mi piacciono le possibilità VIRTUALI.

hai assolutamente ragione e cio`che dici e il modo in cui lo fai spiega esattamente quello che penso anche io.
Mi trovo a condividere molte altre cose con te, anche quelle semplici, quando parli dell'ordine, di un letto fresco e pulito, dei fiori che ami cogliere sul tuo balcone...E mi piacciono certamente gli incontri virtuali che mi hanno permesso di incontrare te!

The taste of good food, the smell of fresh ground coffee
You Tube makes me happy, I make many videos people are so responsive to my videos this brings me much joy
Lest not forget star gazing on a cold winters night
Or the feeling of fresh washed bedding , snuggling up in a warm bed with the snow is falling out side in winter

Я подумал вот сегодня - стационарник это несомненно хорошо, он в любом случае я считаю обязан быть дома, однако периодически ноута всё-таки не хватает, редко, но нужен, нетбуки мне не нравятся, ультра мелкие они, неудобные для меня, вообщем решил я жениться ноут, в поездки стационарник не возьмешь, я живо лето, поездки загород, иногда порой всё-таки надо сообразно работе проникать в инет и сделать необходимые дела, чтобы этих целей я и приобрёл [url=http://laptopsnn.ru/index.php?productID=203]ноутбук HP Pavilion dv6945er[/url], в принципе не беспричинно быстро и дорого, всего близ двадцати пяти рублей, кому нужен изведанный ноут не ради игр, а чтобы работы - рекомендую!

Здаровеньки булы! Не так давно у меня в компе вышла из строя интегрированная (встроенная) звуковуха, без звука стало подобный плохо =) решил прикупить отдельную звуковую карты, фтыкал всякие звуковухи, скажем аудиджи 2, сначала думал приобрести с разъемом писиай, однако в конечном счете остановился на юсб - причинность удобнее т.к. звуковуху дозволительно легко подключить к другому компу около случае, интонация оказался 5.1 - мне весь хватает, 7.1 не нужно, все необходимые входы и выходы у неё есть, голос бесподобный! имхо стал чище и мощнее сообразно сравнению с подохшей интеграшкой. Моделька соразмерно вот такая - [url=http://komputernn.ru]Creative X-Fi Platinum[/url] - рекомендую! Правда такса подле трёх рублей - только одинокий однажды можно и потратиться имхо.
